Adrian Newey has stated that provisional results from Aston Martin's major upgrade package at the Hungarian Grand Prix are promising [1]. The package includes 16 updates such as a longer and more slender nose, a completely new floor, and revised sidepod inlets.
The changes represent only the initial stage of the revised AMR26 development program [2].
Further steps scheduled after summer break
Newey confirmed additional development steps will arrive at Zandvoort and subsequent events including Monza and Baku.
