F1 Academy action returns to Zandvoort
F1 Academy resumes its 2026 season at Circuit Zandvoort during the Dutch Grand Prix weekend. The round runs from 21 to 23 August and features free practice on Friday followed by qualifying and a reverse-grid race on Saturday plus the feature race on Sunday.[3]
Key storylines for the weekend
Ferrari Driver Academy member Alba Larsen enters the event seeking her first podium finish. The 17-year-old has completed 22 races in the series without reaching the rostrum.[1]
Romanian driver Zoe Florescu joins as the Zandvoort wild card in the #15 Dirt Is Good entry operated by Hitech. She completed her first qualifying session and lined up seventh before a later disqualification.[2]
