Mattia Colnaghi joins Red Bull Junior Team ahead of 2026 FIA F3 campaign
Mattia Colnaghi will race in the 2026 FIA Formula 3 Championship with MP Motorsport while joining the Red Bull Junior Team. The 17-year-old Italian-Argentine driver moves up from Eurocup-3 after securing the 2025 title. He remains with MP Motorsport for the step to F3.

Mattia Colnaghi will compete in the 2026 FIA Formula 3 Championship with MP Motorsport.[1] He joins the Red Bull Junior Team at the same time.[2] The 17-year-old secured the 2025 Eurocup-3 title before the move.[3]
Colnaghi stays with MP Motorsport for the progression to F3.[1] He participated in F3 post-season testing to prepare.[2]
Path to F3
Colnaghi won the 2024 Spanish F4 Championship in his rookie season.[2] He added the Eurocup-3 crown in 2025.[2] The Red Bull Junior Team welcomed him in August 2025.[2]
