Alpine to Tribute Hubert and van 't Hoff at Spa
Alpine and Pierre Gasly will lead the annual 'Run for Anthoine' at Spa this weekend to commemorate Anthoine Hubert and Dilano van 't Hoff. The 5 km circuit run starts at 18:00 on Thursday 16 July and includes stops at Eau Rouge and the Kemmel Straight.
Alpine plans circuit tribute at Spa
Alpine F1 and Pierre Gasly confirmed plans to lead the annual 'Run for Anthoine' at Spa-Francorchamps this weekend.[1] The event commemorates Anthoine Hubert, who died in a 2019 Formula 2 crash at the circuit, and Dilano van 't Hoff, who died in a 2023 Formula Regional European Championship race at Spa.[2]
The run covers approximately 5 km around the track. It begins at 18:00 on the start-finish straight on Thursday 16 July. Participants pause at Eau Rouge to remember Hubert and on the Kemmel Straight to honour van 't Hoff.[1] All F1, F2 and F3 paddock members are invited to run or walk.
