Norris launches LN4 Fusion junior programme ahead of Monza

Reigning F1 champion Lando Norris has co-founded LN4 Fusion, a new junior single-seater team set to compete in Italian F4, Formula Regional European Championship and FIA Formula 3 from 2027, with F2 ambitions. The project includes the fully funded LN4 Legacy driver development programme. It launched near Monza on the eve of the Italian Grand Prix weekend.

Reigning Formula 1 world champion Lando Norris has co-founded LN4 Fusion, a new junior single-seater racing team. The outfit will field entries in the Italian F4 Championship, FIA Formula Regional European Championship and FIA Formula 3 Championship from 2027.[1]

The project acquired selected assets from AIX Racing to secure its F3 entry. An application for FIA Formula 2 participation is also underway.[2]

Leadership and structure

Former Prema boss Rene Rosin serves as team principal. The European base is in Veneto, Italy, while a UK operation in Cambridgeshire focuses on British F4 testing and future entry plans.[3]

Norris co-owns the venture with an investment group led by Dan Richards. In parallel, he launched the independent LN4 Legacy Programme, a fully funded driver development initiative.[1]
