Monza Development Timeline
The Autodromo Nazionale Monza will halt all racing activities between the end of the 2026 season and July 2027.[1] This window allows delivery of major infrastructure upgrades. The historic Direzione Autodromo building will be demolished to make way for a new Media Centre featuring 400 press positions and a dedicated relaxation area.[2]
A permanent roof will cover the Paddock Club terrace to enable year-round use regardless of weather. Race direction facilities will also receive modernization for improved logistics and efficiency.[1]
Scope of Works
Non-construction areas of the facility will remain accessible during the works period. The project emphasizes retention of the circuit's historic identity alongside functional improvements.[2]
