Laura Pausini Headlines F1 Grid Gigs at Monza
Italian singer Laura Pausini will perform on the Monza starting grid before the 2026 Italian Grand Prix as part of F1 Grid Gigs presented by American Express. The pre-race entertainment marks the first time the series visits Italy.
Pre-Race Entertainment Returns to Monza
Formula 1 and American Express are bringing F1 Grid Gigs to the Italian Grand Prix for the first time. Grammy-winning Italian artist Laura Pausini will headline the pre-race show on the starting grid.[1]
The performance opens the 2026 event at Autodromo Nazionale Monza. Pausini will sing before the race begins on September 6. Tenor Francesco Meli will follow with the Italian national anthem.[2]
F1 Grid Gigs launched in 2025. It transforms the grid into a live stage for fans at the track and watching from home. The series has visited other venues before arriving in Italy.[1]
First Italian Staging
This marks the debut of the format in Italy. Pausini becomes the first artist to perform on the Monza grid in this capacity. Official posts from Formula 1 confirmed her participation.[3]
