F2 and F3 join Monza support bill for 2026 Italian GP
FIA Formula 2 and Formula 3 will contest full rounds at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza from September 4-6, 2026. The series join the Italian Grand Prix weekend timetable released by Formula 1, with F3 and F2 sessions scheduled across Friday to Sunday alongside F1 activity.
Weekend timetable confirmed
The official 2026 Italian Grand Prix timetable published by Formula 1 includes dedicated sessions for FIA Formula 3 and FIA Formula 2 at Monza across the September 4-6 weekend.[1] F3 practice opens Friday morning, followed by F2 practice, qualifying blocks for both series, sprint races on Saturday and feature races on Sunday.
Support series integration
These rounds place the feeder categories directly on the same bill as the Formula 1 event at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza. The schedule allocates track time for F3 and F2 practice, qualifying and races without overlap conflicts with F1 sessions.
