Norris launches junior team for F1 hopefuls
Reigning world champion Lando Norris has co-founded LN4 Fusion, a new junior single-seater team that will field entries in Italian F4, the Formula Regional European Championship and FIA Formula 3 from 2027. A fully funded LN4 Legacy Programme will run alongside it to support young drivers from karting upward.
Norris launches LN4 Fusion for 2027
Reigning Formula 1 world champion Lando Norris has co-founded LN4 Fusion, a new junior single-seater team that will compete in the Italian F4 Championship, FIA Formula Regional European Championship and FIA Formula 3 from 2027.[1]
The team has acquired selected assets of AIX Racing to secure its FIA F3 entry through the end of the 2027 season and has begun the application process for FIA Formula 2.[2]
Former Prema team principal Rene Rosin serves as team principal for the European operations, with additional leadership drawn from the Prema organisation and Fusion Motorsport.[3]
Alongside the racing team, Norris has launched the independent LN4 Legacy Programme, described as a fully funded driver development initiative that will provide coaching, performance support and career assistance to young drivers from karting level upward.[1]
