Pato O'Ward is a Mexican driver who continues as a McLaren Formula 1 reserve alongside his Arrow McLaren IndyCar campaign. He came up through karting in Mexico and the United States and the American single-seater ladder, winning the 2018 Indy Lights title. He drove FP1 for McLaren at Abu Dhabi in 2024 and has completed post-season testing for the team.
